Here ya go — it’s so easy!

You can also eat the grains when you have too many for even more probiotic action. Put them in your smoothie! I fed them to my chickens and to my dog — they loved kefir!

You can use any milk: coconut, goat, cow. And you can use pasteurized milk. Ultra dead (ultra pasteurized) is the least desirable, but I think it will still make kefir.
